I checked out Moorstation's TypOasis today & found a bunch of fonts. They are organized by theme as well as by designer. On the designer page, if you click on a particular designer, you will be taken to their area and fonts they have created will be there for download.
If you are into the history of fonts, you will want to visit the Fontennium which presents a "collection of fonts down through the centuries".
Lost + Found contains...once again...pages upon pages of fonts.
I loved stumbling upon the Ornaments page. Flourishes, scrolls, pretty stuff...need I say more?
